Meet our instructors & management

Tremaine Kent

CTR Secure Services (Trisat) MD
Tremaine has managed various aspects of security from high risk environments through to complicated technical projects, including from a military and corporate perspective. Tremaine has served with various specialist units within the military and has carried this experience through to CTR. Tremaine is a member of the Security Institute and holds a BSc in Security Consultancy amongst other relevant qualifications and also has experience within the education and skills sector.

Doug Cook

CTR Secure Services Chairman & Subject Matter Expert
Doug has considerable experience in the corporate security sector having been the corporate security vice president for T-Mobile before becoming the International Security Vice President for the Deutsche Telecom group. Doug also served a full career in the British Army Intelligence Corps becoming a commissioned officer and holding various commands. Doug provides strategic direction to CTR Secure Services and serves as a member of the board.

Elaine Wheatley

E-Learning Programme Manager
Hi I'm Elaine, i am your first point of call regarding your eLearning journey. As the Programme Manager i am responsible for the day-to-day operation of the eLearning platform and courses. I have been in the security industry for many years and work with the Subject Matter Experts (SME's) in the development and delivery of our quality eLearning content. Tara Kent

QNUK & Qualsafe Internal Quality Assurance (IQA)
Hi I'm Tara, hidden in the background, it is my responsibility to manage all Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) compliancy for all our Awarding Organisations (AO's). I have spent many years as a project manager within the NHS, this led me in the completion of my regulated level 5 qualifications within security, which im passionate about. I will be resposible for checking your work meets the regulatory standard n order to claim your certification. Im looking forward to seeing your journey unfold.
