For that reason, it’s much easier to resolve conflict situations when you understand people’s automatic responses to conflict. This course will teach you to identify conflict behaviour and manage that behaviour to achieve a safe resolution. By the end of this course you will have a better understanding of:

How people communicate in conflict situations
The way people’s behaviour changes as a situation develops
How to recognise aggressive behaviour
What emotional situations trigger aggression, and how to manage an aggressive response
How people typically respond to aggression
What responses can de-escalate a conflict situation
